If you have questions about customizing your purchased template(s), join our private FB group! Information on how to join the group can be found in your confirmation email at the time of purchase.

Our contract templates are drafted with every United States jurisdiction in mind. Our templates include terms that are most common in every state. If you have a unique situation or have state-specific concerns about contracts, you should contact a licensed attorney in your state. 

Do these contract templates work in my state? Will they still be valid?

We work really hard to ensure that our contract templates are legally sound and enforceable. However, because BCS is not a law firm and does not legally represent customers of BCS, we cannot make any guarantees about contract enforceability in your jurisdiction. 

Will your contract templates hold up in court?

No! Your purchase of our contract templates(s) grants you 1 license to use and edit the template(s) for your personal use only.

Our contract templates are based on U.S. law. While we do have happy customers outside of the U.S., it is always recommended that you have an attorney in your country review your contract(s).
